SHIPPING

Domestic Fees and Delivery

We offer USPS Retail Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express for all orders within the United States with the exceptions of Alaska and Hawaii.  We are only able to offer USPS Priority Mail for Alaska and Hawaii.

For USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express, orders must be placed before 1 PM PST.  Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, excluding holidays.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

At this time, we do not offer Saturday delivery.  Orders exceeding $1,000 require a signature upon delivery.  We do not accept PO Boxes for delivery.

We offer free USPS Retail Ground shipping on domestic orders over $150 weighing up to 15 pounds.  Please note, heavier orders are subject to additional charges.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

OVERVIEW

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, with all tickets attached, and a copy of your packing slip with the Return and Exchange Form within 10 days of delivery date for a refund to:

Items with tag removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.  Merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged will not be refunded.  Returns will not be accepted after 10 days from customer delivery date.  Once your return is received, inspected and approved, allow 3-5 business days to see the refund in your account.  Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. 

Exchanges (If Applicable)

If you need to exchange the purchased item for the same item in a different size, please complete and enclose the Return and Exchange Form that can be found with the return shipping label, and send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, with all tickets attached, and a copy of your packing slip within 10 days of delivery date for an exchange to:
